What I wish I could tell me... When I was in High School

Brock and I often go back and fourth and say things like "I wish I could tell high school me that..." So I decided to create a post about all of the things I would tell "High School Me"

In no particular order

1. Twilight is NOT stupid!
2. Mom and Dad really do know best.
3. Your brother only humiliates you because he loves you.
4. Stop saying you will never get married, marriage is awesome!
5. Rooting for Obama is a really bad idea, you're not racist.. He is a complete idiot.
6. Your guy friends can be trusted more than your girl friends.
7. Your horses are your ONLY friends who will never tell your secrets.
8. Having your cell phone taken away is not the end of the world.
9. No dreams are ever too big to become reality.
10. Life may not always turn out like we plan, but it will ALWAYS work out for the best.
11. Do not let people walk all over you.. You have a voice, now use it!
12. One day all of those bacon cheeseburgers you eat are going to go straight to your hips!
13. Driving isn't as fun as it seems.
14. Take a risk and tell Brock Jones how you feel, you will later find out that he likes you too.. He will also become your husband.
15. Fall down seven times, stand up eight.

Our thoughts about our new blog

Brock's Thoughts:
1: "I don't even know what a blog is!"
2: We can let people know stuff about us.
3: It's something we can do together.


Kandace's Thoughts:
1: Creating this was more complicated than it looks!
2: YES! Another thing to help me procrastinate.
3: My husband and I are going to have a blast working on this together.

Life As We Know It

0 children, 1 cat, 3 dogs, 6 horses.

We live 50 miles from the nearest town.

Brock is a ranch hand here at the Geyser Ranch.

I spend my days working on my Associates Degree.

We love our cute little needs-some-work house.

Brock loves to hunt Coyotes in his spare time.

I love to rope and rodeo... all the time :)

We love to collect old bottles.

Brock loves to write stories, they are awesome!

I love to shoot my bow any chance I get.

We like to spend time cruising in the hills.

Brock is awesome at reciting cowboy poetry.

I am in love with photography.

We love to enjoy great food together!

Brock likes to do leather work.

I love to read books on my nook.

We are each others best friend.
